If somebody sent you something to sign, you do not need an account. Go to your documents, enter the email address it was sent to, and a link arrives that opens everything you have ever been sent — with a download on each, and one button for all of it.
Write to [email protected] and say which screen you were on and what you expected to happen. That is usually enough to sort it in one reply.
